Not what I expected

The shape and pattern of pillow was fine. However, I was disappointed with very small, hard plastice balls attached to the pillow. Uncomfortable to lay face on and not safe for little child that might try to pull of and stick in their mouth. Need to leave these little balls off pillow then would be great pillow.
