- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose a copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item or include a copy of your order confirmation. All products must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure proper credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. For your protection, we suggest you use UPS, FedEx Ground or Insured Parcel Post for return shipments. Credit

Returning an Oversized Item
We cover shipping charges on returned Oversized Items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. We do not cover shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to "buyer remorse."

We received our Spongebob sheets in a very timely manner and my daughter just loves them. They are soft and comfortable and fit the beds perfectly. One note is that the colors bled a lot when first washed, so make sure you wash them separately the first time.

This comforter is exactly what we were looking for - and it's reversible! I didn't even notice that until we got it. My son is so happy with it. I am very pleased with this sheet set. My son got his Spongebob bedding set and the design is actually very cute (I've noticed a lot of Spongebob designs can look really loud and busy - don't seem to match any bedroom decor) This design actually looks good in my son's room. The only negative I could say is that they're not the softest sheets but I didn't exactly expect that, either. And, a 4 year old doesn't really notice those things anyway. Overall, a great purchase for the money.
