Standard and older mattresses average 7”-9” or 9”-12", while newer pillow-top mattresses are 14”-16" deep and up. These deeper mattresses will require additional depth in fitted sheets. FLAT SHEETS: If you own an extra-deep mattress, be aware of flat sheet sizes as well. Choose the largest sizes available so there will be an adequate length to tuck in at least 8-12" underneath the end of the bed. In some cases it may be necessary to purchase the next size up (a queen flat sheet for a double bed, etc.), in order to cover the deeper mattress.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the unused item(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. After the return period, no returned items will be accepted and any returned items we receive will be discarded.
The item must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
What do I do if My Kids Bedding shipped me the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
For fastest service, email us at [email protected] with your order number, billing name, telephone number, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including delivery and service charges. If the requested item is in stock, we can ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it in our fulfillment center.
* Please note: If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, you must first email us at [email protected] before you return your order to obtain an RA# or call tag.

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS TO THIS ADDRESS. Here are the basic steps:

- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose a copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item or include a copy of your order confirmation. All products must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure proper credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. For your protection, we suggest you use UPS, FedEx Ground or Insured Parcel Post for return shipments. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Credit
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will be credited to the original purchasing credit card. We can only refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error, damaged in transit or a shipping error on our part.
Returning an Oversized Item
We cover shipping charges on returned Oversized Items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. We do not cover shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to "buyer remorse."
Please note: Shipping charges can be expensive for Oversized Items.
Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:
- The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely. If possible, please package item(s) in original package. Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. Contact a Customer Service representative to receive instructions on arranging for a freight delivery company to pick-up your item (s).
- Please have your order number available when you call. You must be home at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight driver.
You can expect a refund within 30 business days of our receiving the item (s). You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error.
